Adrianna Bell

Adrianna Bell is Vice President/Technology Manager and head of Enterprise Scheduling Services at Wells Fargo Bank. She is responsible for managing end-to-end support of batch job scheduling services across Wells Fargo’s IT infrastructure. Adrianna joined Wells Fargo in 1996 as a Senior Technology Analyst. She earned her B.S. in management with a minor in computer science from Simpson College in Indianola, IA.


After her very first visit to Africa, Adrianna fell in love with the African children. Her heart and faith in God were leading her to do more for those in need. She had been working with Eric Idehen, founder of COH for some time when she learned about the opportunity to be part of the Cornerstone of Hope board of directors. So she gladly accepted the opportunity and desires to


Adrianna lives and works in Des Moines, Iowa. She married her high school sweetheart and they have a grown son, daughter and son-in-law. Within her community and internationally, Adrianna is actively engaged in the following:

  • President of the board of directors for Cornerstone of Hope Orphanage
  • Former chairperson of the board for Al-Anon Family Groups of Iowa; current member
  • Facilitator of a biweekly Bible study at the Youth Emergency Services and Shelter
  • Animal educator volunteer at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines
  • Fundraising committee member for Here’s Life school for orphans in Kenya, Africa
  • Leader of a self-sustainment project for widows in India which provides financial support for sewing machines, materials, rent, etc. so they can be taught how to sew and utilize the skill to bring income to their homes.
  • CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer where she is assigned to human services cases where children have been removed from their homes. She provides the courts with her observations of the children, the parents, etc. so the judge can make an informed decision about what is best for the children.

In her free time, Adrianna enjoys photographing wildlife, painting, scrapbooking, thrift store shopping and any type of crafting.


Her life motto?  Being happy is a CHOICE.
