Jon Albert
Jon Albert grew up in small-town Iowa and moved to Des Moines in 2004 after living in
Oregon and Chicago. He has been in banking for over twenty years and currently works
for VisionBank. Jon is a graduate of Iowa State University with degrees in Management, Finance and Design Studies. Jon currently lives in West Des Moines.
In addition to Cornerstone of Hope Orphanage, Jon is involved with Blank Children’s
Hospital, Blank Star Development Center and ChildServe. He has served on chamber
boards, worked on Habitat for Humanity projects, bowled for Big Brothers Big Sisters,
and given to numerous organizations.
When taking time off, Jon enjoys motorcycling, rock climbing, skiing and travelling.
His life motto? Always seek knowledge, perspective and growth.
